A licensed REALTOR in Florida since 2002 and previously licensed in Texas, Jeffrey D. Rubin has been successfully been helping Sellers and Buyers for over a decade. Having been responsible for:

• Listed, negotiated and successfully helped over 150 clients avoid foreclosure through short sales since 2008.
   
• Produced $6 Million in sales within the first eight months of being licensed in Florida.
   
• Studied and passed state licensing requirements to become a Real Estate Broker, 18 months after being licensed.
   
• Researched and acquired $150 Million in undeveloped land to establish multiple projects, including subdivisions and spot lot investment portfolios.  Secured investor participation.
   
• Marketed single family sub-divisions across Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Arkansas.  Negotiated substantial real estate deals for both buyers and sellers, and as a principal.

Prior to launching his real estate career he was involved with the planning and execution of some of this country’s largest events including a presidential fund raiser and the grand re-opening of The Statue of Liberty, Jeff has refined those skills working as an executive and/or consultant for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, PGA National, Ibis Golf & Country Club, Freedom Communications, WCBS-TV, USA Hockey, the New York Islanders, Burger King and Clear Channel Worldwide.

He uses his 25 years of sales, management, marketing, advertising and public relations skills to try and make every transaction a win-win for all involved.

An active and respected member of the community, he has won numerous civic and professional awards and has sat on many boards for both civic and government programs like the Environmental Learning Center, Junior Achievement and several school advisory boards in St. Lucie County. Currently he is the Show Coordinator and a member of the Executive Committee for The Pine School’s highly successful 100 Years of Cars event that raises money for the Patriot Scholarship Fund.
